Republicans seem giddy about IVF, without concern for all the real practical, scientific, financial, and, oh, yes, moral questions and consequences. Couples are not walking into IVF with anything like informed consent — and that includes Christian couples who may later come to agonizingly realize they’ve got children on ice.
