Two former secretaries of state, Condi Rice and George Shultz, are calling on Stanford to restore ROTC. Both are affiliated with Stanford through the Hoover Institution and Rice is also a member of the Stanford faculty. Autumn Carter of the Student Free Press Association has the story.
