Carney Hints Tech Chief May Ignore Issa’s Subpoena

House Oversight Committee chairman Darrell Issa may not have a key witness testify on Wednesday as the committee investigates the problems facing Obamacare. White House press secretary Jay Carney would not say whether or not chief technology officer Todd Park, who was subpoenaed last week, would appear before the committee.

He offered “no update” to the question whether Park was expected to show up, but said that the Office of Science and Technology Policy was continuing to review the subpoena.
