House Oversight Committee chairman Darrell Issa may not have a key witness testify on Wednesday as the committee investigates the problems facing Obamacare. He offered “no update” to the question whether Park was expected to show up, but said that the Office of Science and Technology Policy was continuing to review the subpoena.
