I suppose this will come as a surprise to precisely nobody, but Lincoln Chafee of Rhode Island provided one of the three Senate GOP votes against the tax cut bill. (Snowe of Maine and Voinovich of Ohio were the other two–no surprises there, either.)
The NRSC of course continues to proudly sponsor this loyal member of the GOP.
