Chafee’s Out; A Political Non-Factor By Any Metric

I know this will stun you, but Lincoln Chafee is dropping out of the Democratic presidential primary. It may stun you almost as much as the fact that Lincoln Chafee was in the Democratic presidential primary.

He couldn’t generate heat, even when measuring in Celsius. Kilogram for kilogram, he just didn’t have what it takes.
