If the Fox News reports I’m seeing are accurate, somebody just got a rock. Libby gets “making false statements to grand jury,” and that’s it? Where are all the perp walks?! And yes, I know, the rock is a Charlie Brown Halloween, but there’s no sense of crushing disappointment in a Charlie Brown Christmas, except for when Charlie’s tree droops over, which I suppose is sort of equal to the “Rove shouldn’t leave town” side of things. That must be almost worse to the Daily Kos types, since it almost seems like Fitzgerald is saying, “We’re certain he did something, but he’s too crafty to be caught.”
