BAGHDAD, March 11, 2009 (AFP) – Iraq’s top court on Wednesday sentenced former deputy premier Tareq Aziz and Saddam Hussein’s hatchetman “Chemical Ali” Hassan al-Majid to 15 years jail for crimes against humanity over the killing of Baghdad merchants in the 1990s.
