Citizen Newt

As NR’s former congressional reporter (Bush 41!), I have always been keenly interested in Newt Gingrich (fact: when he was the presumptive speaker, he was also the first guest speaker on the primo NR cruise, back in December 1994!). So I’m in serious anticipation mode as the acclaimed historian, our pal Craig Shirley, has penned the authorized biography — Citizen Newt: The Making of a Reagan Conservative — of one of the most consequential public figures of the last three decades, that will be out at the end of the month. In the meanwhile . . . I thought only movies came with trailers, but now, so do books (along with websites), so catch the video on Citizen Newt while you’re waiting for it to hit the shelves:
