The two key groups are Ward Connerly’s organization, the American Civil Rights Institute, and the Washington DC based legal group, the Center for Individual Rights. Right now, conservatives have got the momentum on this issue. But we’re badly out-funded and undermanned. To win this battle nationally, we’ve got to support both of these groups.
