Before this debate and the Democratic debate on Sunday, Wolf Blitzer proudly maintained there would be no bells and whistles or buzzers — a clear dig at Fox. Now, for 45 minutes, a stray weird buzzing noise has been interrupting this debate. Maybe not wise to have bragged so much.
