My new Bloomberg View column points out that CNN has been beating the drums for gun control pretty loudly, even before last night’s “town hall.”
So far, all of the critical responses I have gotten have cheered CNN on for standing for an obviously righteous cause, rather than disputed by basic points: 1) The network is, in fact, pushing for gun control and 2) this advocacy is in contrast to the network’s self-promotion as an unbiased source of strictly factual news.
