Not to be a broken record, but if you’re not reading Ed Whelan, Jon Adler, Wendy Long, Ramesh Ponnuru, and more in Bench Memos, you are not properly watching the hearings. There’s some Rusher-paper news in there as well. I don’t see how Ted Kennedy keeps this going for too long. He’ll have to revert back to Vanguard soon.
