“Comprehensive Assimilation Reform”

Gingrich and John Fonte highlight the need to link “comprehensive immigration reform” to “comprehensive assimilation reform,” specifically the elimination of foreign-language ballots. Conservatives may shrug at this is a commonplace, but if so, how can any conservative support amnesty and massive increases in immigration until after we eliminate bilingual ballots (and bilingual education, and affirmative action for immigrants, etc.)?
