Consequences

Rasmussen this week has Republicans leading in the generic congressional ballot for the first time in years. They’re up by two points (after being down by six at the beginning of the year). Even in pretty good years for congressional Republicans, they tend to be down in the generic ballot. While the number itself doesn’t mean much, the trend is worth watching.
