Constitution Hating Professor Co-Authored Constitutional Law Textbook

My friend, the constitutional historian Bradford Short, advises me that Georgetown Law’s Louis Michael Seidman, the Constitution-hating professor who wrote today’s op/ed in the New York Times decrying our national charter for its “evil provisions” (about which I posted earlier), co-authored one of the field’s leading constitutional law casebooks. Seidman’s co-authors of Constitutional Law are Mark V. Tushnet (Harvard), Geoffrey R. Stone (U of Chicago), Cass R. Sunstein, (Harvard, late of the Obama Administration–who also believes animals should be allowed to sue), and Pamela S. Karlan (Stanford). Let’s hope Seidman’s co-authors don’t share his disdain for the supreme law of the land.
