One drama has apparently ended — check out this AP report from Brussels: “An art installation of the European Union presidency on Tuesday covered up the part that showed Bulgaria as a squat toilet after protests from the aggrieved nation.”
I understand. But I also want to say this: I was in Avignon — home of the pont — with NR last spring (’cause we were cruisin’). (I mean, taking a river cruise.) And the toilet in the train station — was squat.
Just sayin’. So go easy on the Bulgarians . . .
