I commented earlier on Steven Tepp’s attack on our home page on a Derek Khanna paper. Now that I am looking over the paper, I want to clarify one point. Khanna, while not denying that differences of opinion on copyright issues exist among conservatives and libertarians, does argue that in general the conservative movement has backed the kind of reform that he advocates. He does not, however, attempt to cast out other points of view from conservatism, which is what I read Tepp to be foolishly doing.
