Thanks to the readers who caught my mistake
in this morning’s Jayson Blair blog. I meant to say that I don’t see how any
reasonable person, having read the Times article, can FAIL to conclude that
Blair benefited from the Times not wanting to hold this black reporter to
the same standards as everyone else.
