- Having dramatically charged that Judge Kavanaugh is in favor of racial profiling in the name of security but against it when it comes to affirmative action, Booker has provided an email that confirms that Kavanaugh . . . is in fact against racial profiling in both cases.
- That email, which Booker said he was obliged to share in violation of confidentiality rules, was in fact cleared for release last night.
