No Hamdan decision today — although there were important ones and Bench Memos will obviously be churning. In addition to Hamdan there are four other cases left to be decided in the term. Chief Justice Roberts did not announce this morning when the term will end, leading SCOTUSblog to conclude that there will be more decisions announced on Wednesday and possibly some others on Thursday or Friday before the high court closes up shop til October.
