The Covert Dispute

Speaking of Libby, in our last editorial urging a pardon of Libby back here in March, we said Valerie Plame wasn’t “covert,” which Fitzgerald now maintains that she is. This is a murky matter with lots of conflicting interpretations, but we were too categorical in how we put it in that editorial.
