From a friend in Prague today:
I’m sitting at my desk, looking over the city with a view of the Castle and I’ve been trying to ignore the presence of he who must not be mentioned but quite impossible with sirens periodically and the ever circling helicopters overhead. Find it fitting that Russia wanted this thing signed not in Vienna, which would be the typical venue for such a thing, but in the capital of one of their former republics.
