Since when do meteorologists get to play political pundits? This article quotes one who thinks rain will lower Ohio turnout by 2-4 points and Michigan and Pennsylvania turnout by 1 point. (Maybe those voting machines in Philadelphia were adjusted to offset the loss of voters.)
