I think the answer to all three, where Carly Fiorina is concerned, is yes. She is one of my favorite people in public life. So, of course, is Ted Cruz. (Disclosure.) So, for me, personally, Cruz-Fiorina is a dream ticket. What the public will say, we’ll see.
