I was planning to write a rebuttal to Jonah’s latest G-File, but I have decided against doing so. I decided this because whichever form our world-ending apocalypse takes, I am sure it will arrive before I come up with a line better than: “To paraphrase another Old Whig, Margaret Thatcher, the meteor’s not for turning.”
