DC Circuit’s Opinion in Enemy Combatant Case Issued

I wrote this article last week about the decision of the DC Circuit overruling the military’s determination that a detained Uighur is an enemy combatant.  At the time, the three-judge panel’s ruling had not been released because of classified information issues.  Yesterday, the court issued its 39-page opinion publicly.  It’s here.  I’ll have more to say when I have a chance to read it.
