Deficit is a Moral Issue

Yes it is. This is Romney at his all time  best. He tells us that having his generation spend more than they can afford is not moral. Then he lists three things you can do to cut the deficit — and coherently argues, in paragraphs, the pros and cons of each option. Then he lands right on the Obama policies and destroys them. Exuding leadership.

Obama responds with “when I landed in the Oval Office . . . deficits, wars on credit cards, bad education programs. In other words — not my fault. This is a weak opening, if you want to look like a leader. Tonight he does not look like a leader. He looks like a debater.
