DEI Must be Destroyed

The Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion ideology has taken root at most of our colleges and universities, a result of the Left’s long march through our institutions. DEI concepts are not treated as academic questions to be evaluated (“interrogated” in academic-speak), but rather as ideas that must be accepted. That has no place in any educational institution.

In today’s Martin Center article, Daniel Buck argues that the moves thus far against DEI are encouraging and that we need to accelerate the counterattack.

He points to good developments in Florida (expected) and Wisconsin (not so expected, and therefore more encouraging). In the latter state, the university came to terms with a defunding of DEI in return for more money for other things. Rather than going to the barricades to fight to save DEI, the faculty shrugged and agreed.
