Dem. Rep. on Obama’s Broken Promise: ‘We’re All Human’

Representative Jim Moran (D., Va.) excused President Obama for going back on his guarantee that Americans could keep their health-care plans because “presidents engage in a little hyperbole.”

“We’re all human,” the congressman continued. The president, he said, was “rightfully excited” about the law when he made his promise.
