Mark Udall (D., Colo.), Jim Webb (D., Va.), Herb Kohl (D., Wis.), Carl Levin (D., Mich.) and Bernie Sanders (S., Vt.).
By comparison, only three Republicans voted against the GOP House bill, H.R. 1.
