Again, as expected.

Ten Democrats and one Socialist joined Republicans in rejecting the $4.7 billion alternative to H.R. 1, which also failed — Sens. Joe Manchin (D., W.Va.), Claire McCaskill (D., Mo.), Kay Hagan (D., N.C.), Ben Nelson (D., Neb.), Bill Nelson (D., Fla.) Michael Bennett (D., Colo.) Mark Udall (D., Colo.), Jim Webb (D., Va.), Herb Kohl (D., Wis.), Carl Levin (D., Mich.) and Bernie Sanders (S., Vt.).

By comparison, only three Republicans voted against the GOP House bill, H.R. 1.
