Per Playbook, this DNC spot depicting Mitt Romney as a flip-flopper will air in Washington, D.C.; New Mexico; North Carolina; Ohio; Pennsylvania; and Wisconsin:

I’m skeptical about some of these “flip-flops” in this longer DNC video; for instance, Romney has been consistent on believing that we don’t know much about global warming, but that humans probably contribute something to it. It would be helpful to have more context for some of these quotes, to see what precisely Romney was arguing. But at any rate, if you want a preview of how Obama will campaign against Romney in the general election if he is the GOP nominee, this is it.
