Just a little (unsolicited) note to those NRO readers who, like me, believe the composition of the judiciary is among the most important political issues today. NRO’s Bench Memos blog is the judicial confirmation blog of record. It’s where folks like Ed Whalen , Matt Franck , and others post their thoughts on judicial nominations and the Supreme Court. (I post there now and again too, but don’t hold that against NRO.) In any event, Bench Memos is yet another reason to support NRO. (And K-Lo didn’t even have to pay me to say that!)
