Does a Future Planned Parenthood Video Contain ‘Prima Facie Evidence of Born-Alive Infants?’

Why is StemExpress desperately trying to block the release of the next round of Planned Parenthood videos? In a CNN interview this morning, David Daleiden from the Center for Medical Progress said this (hat tip to Jill Stanek):

In a meeting with their top leadership where their leadership admitted that they sometimes get fully intact fetuses shipped to their laboratory from the abortion clinics they work with, and that could be prima facie evidence of born alive infants. And so that’s why they’re trying to suppress that videotape and they’re very scared of it.

We’ll have to wait to see the video, obviously, but — if true — expect to see StemExpress pull out all the stops to halt its release. The Planned Parenthood scandal may be just beginning.
