The Dominoes Keep Falling

The New York Senate and Delaware House have both flipped to Democratic control tonight, the former representing the first time since the 1930s that the Democratic Party has simulatenously controlled both legislative chambers and the governor’s office in Albany.

Also, Republican Pat McCrory fell short in his gubernatorial bid in North Carolina, a victim of the Obama surge that is, as of this writing, only a few thousand votes shy of winning the state for the next president.
