Surely I’m not the first person to be reminded of Michael Corleone’s experience dealing with Europeans in Godfather III? I know many of us want to block that film out of our memories. But watching Obama talk a lot, but get little for it, reminded me of that scene where the Europeans lecture the American upstart about the European way.
