A Hill reporter points out to me (and apparently it’s in CongressDaily today) that yesterday afternoon, when asked why the Senate would pass the ethics bill currently under consideration even though it is a sham, Tom Coburn explained that it’s because his Senate colleagues have “reproductive organs the size of BBs that won’t allow them to do the right thing.”
The man is a medical doctor. Hard to argue.
