Word is the drama in the House is whether the bill makes it to the floor or not. They don’t want a repeat of Monday. The bill will only go to the floor if they have the votes. Also, we’re hearing that the increase in FDIC insurance, the mark-to-market adjustment, and a shift in the calls to offices (still strongly against, but more mixed than earlier in the week) are all helping among Republicans. Still a nail-biter, though.
