NR is accepting applications for its summer editorial internship. The internship lasts ten weeks and is focused on writing. Editing opportunities are also available.
If you wish to apply, please send a cover letter explaining why you seek the internship, a résumé, and two writing samples (no more) to internship(dot)applications(at)nationalreview(dot)com. These materials should be sent as Word files or PDFs, please. No links. Writing samples similar to what we publish are preferred.
Applicants should be current or recent university students and should broadly agree with NR’s editorial views.
After an initial screening of your application, you might be invited to interview or submit more writing.
Interns will work in our New York office and will need to find their own housing for the summer. A weekly stipend is provided.
