As I type this, about 750K votes have been counted in PA out of an expected 2 million. Hillary has an eight percent margin. If rural areas in the state — which tend to report votes much later than urban areas favoring Obama — vote for Hillary by expected margins, she could easily reach the double digit margin of victory she needs to get to claim a truly significant victory.
