An Eighth Question for Jay Garner

In its “Seven Questions” feature, Foreign Policy talks to Gen. Jay Garner about Iraqi Kurdistan, in which he talks about how soft partition might not be a bad idea. What Elizabeth Dickinson did not ask about — or mention — is the extensive business which General Garner has been doing in Erbil, especially with regard to oil. Sometimes context is important.
