Here’s my New York Post op-ed today, making the case for Obama to end racial preferences. Doesn’t hurt to ask, I figure. The election has one silver lining: The very fact that an African American has been elected president will make Americans even more impatient than they already are for the nonsense of racial preferences to end. Whether the Obama will care is, of course, another question, but my op-ed tries to convince him that he should — for legal, policy, and political reasons.
