Daniel Schwartz of the Connecticut Employment Law Blog notes that the White House website detailing the president’s policy agenda makes no mention of EFCA. EFCA did appear on the transition office website.
Oversight? Perhaps. But it’s clear Obama doesn’t need this controversial issue early in his presidency.
