Erdogan’s Temper Tantrum at Davos

A couple days ago, Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan threw a widely-reported temper tantrum at Davos and stormed off. Erdogan’s erratic behavior is news to the New York Times and a lot of U.S. diplomats, but Turks and long-term residents of Turkey are quite used to it by now.
