Ernst and Nullification, Revisited

The other day I noted that several journalists had claimed that Joni Ernst–the Republican candidate for Senate in Iowa — had claimed that she believed that state governments could and should nullify federal laws, but provided evidence that did not substantiate these claims. A new report looks more legitimate: Ernst said yes on a questionnaire when asked if she would “support legislation to nullify ObamaCare and authorize state and local law enforcement to arrest federal officials attempting to implement the unconstitutional health care scheme known as ObamaCare”? If asked about it again, I hope Ernst decides that this was not a well-considered answer.
