Apparently Fehrnstrom’s comments yesterday sent the stock price for Ohio Art — the makers of Etch-a-Sketch — soaring 212 percent. I think it would be hilarious — or at least a hilarious plot device for a novel — if it turned out Fehrnstrom had recently taken a huge position in the company right before making his remarks. I’ve often suspected that the GOP is nothing more than a pawn of Big Toy.
