The Corner

Even Stephen

My podcast interview with best-selling author Stephen Coonts was posted yesterday. We talk about his brand-new war-on-terror novel, The Assassin, as well as the book that got him started a couple of decades ago, Flight of the Intruder, which is a modern classic in the military-thriller genre. Coonts got one of his first big breaks when a photographer took a picture of Reagan’s desk in the Oval Office; a copy of Flight of the Intruder was sitting on it. To top it all off, Coonts owns a great West Virginia drawl. So listen in.
