Explaining the Fight Between FedEx and UPS

You may recall that UPS is fighting with FedEx over which labor-law classification each company should be operating under. Though both are package-delivery companies, they’re governed by totally different federal labor rules. As a result, UPS’s workforce is much more heavily unionized than FedEx’s — and more than twice as expensive.

Reason TV explains the details of this fight in this video. While the topic is very serious, this piece is very amusing because it is a great parody of the UPS whiteboard ad campaign on the issue. Plus, it’s very funny to watch the always-in-black Nick Gillespie wearing an orange shirt.
