Congress is going to get a look at the net neutrality plans under consideration at the Federal Communications Commission this afternoon.
“FCC Chairman Tom Wheeler will circulate his net neutrality proposal on the Hill today ahead of the Feb. 26 meeting,” a GOP source tells NRO. “He is expected to unveil it on a conference call early this afternoon.”
