The Corner

Fearless Prediction

If Mitt Romney is elected president, he will not be asked, after his first hundred days, the following question, by the White House correspondent of the New York Times: What have you found most enchanting about the presidency?

Did that happen to Obama? Was he asked what he had found most “enchanting”?  Oh, yes.

Those were the days. The crease in O’s pants was so sharp, it could cut you.

P.S. As I and others have been saying for weeks and months, if Romney becomes president, it will bring the return of the adversarial press. If something like Benghazi happens, with similar presidential stonewalling? The press will go nuts. (And rightly so.)
