The Federalist Society has posted some of the sessions that took place at its National Lawyers Convention earlier this month. There’s lots of interesting stuff — like Chief Justice Roberts’ Barbara Olson lecture, and speeches by President Bush, Justice Thomas, Justice Scalia, Justice Alito, Sen. McConnell, and Mayor Giuliani, among others. They’ve also featured a number of the panel sessions (I was on one with Jamie Gorelick, Bob Barr and John Yoo, moderated by Judge Merrick Garland, on “The Independence of Federal Prosecutors”).
